We love the delicious food (especially the famous milk tea), warm hospitality, beautiful scenery, but even more, the cultural and art exchange. Greetings everyone!
Many of our high school students are excited as they will embark on their first trip to Taiwan next week! It is an arts and cultural exchange with Niao Song, an arts middle and high school in Taiwan. This trip marks the beginning of a long journey that we will embark on together, bringing traditional arts and universal values to the world. I cannot wait to see the endless possibilities that will come out of our joint efforts to promote creativity and cultural understanding.

The visiting committee (consisting of two experienced Heads of School) was highly impressed with our school’s progress in the past three years. We have accomplished a lot amidst the pandemic. People have asked what our students do to help the community. Each student completes dozens of hours of community service each year. Some of those hours include performances and art exhibitions. That’s something unique our students contribute to the community, combining our duty to give back and our desire to share our arts with those around us. It touches the hearts of children and adults, especially our seniors. Audiences are often moved to tears. Welcome back everyone!
Crazy weather we’re having, am I right? I’m happy to say that despite mother nature’s recent tantrums, our school has remained open for our families who braved the storm to attend classes as normal. But for all those who feel it is not safe, please stay safe and remain at home and our teachers will find ways to accommodate and get you the work to keep up.
